POSTAGE & SHIPPING - When will my items arrive?

After receiving your order, I require 2 to 4 days for dispatch.

All candles are shipped with my standard shipping option ROYAL MAIL Tracked 48. It usually takes 2 to 3 days for your parcel to arrive, but can take longer if there are bank holidays, RM is having issues or it's a festive season.

Postage prices start at £3.00 but may vary depending on the amount of candles and RM pricing.

If you would like faster shipping, please message me before making an order, so I can make sure that is arranged.

I am able to post Mondays to Saturdays as the RM office is closed on Sundays.

RETURNS - I am not happy with my candle, what should I do?

I truly hope you love your Blue Moon Apothecary candles. However, in the event you are unhappy with your purchase, I can offer a refund/exchange providing the product is returned within 14 days.

A refund/exchange can only be provided with a proof of purchase. The item must also be unused and in original packaging. I only replace items that are damaged or defective. The return postage will be paid by the customer.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale products or gift cards.

CANCELLATIONS - Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order in 24 hours at no cost.

CUSTOM ORDERS - Can I have a different deity charm or focus crystal?

At the moment, I am not taking any custom orders. However, that option will be available shortly.

What kind of wax are the candles made of?

All candles are crafted from 100% natural soy wax (EcoSoya) that is biodegradable, clean burning, vegan and non-toxic to you and your pets. Any dyes, wicks and glitters within the candle are also biodegradable and eco-friendly.

My candle has some frosting, why?

Because the candle is made of 100% natural soy wax, imperfections are common. Soy wax tends to not dry smoothly after burning. You may notice discoloration, crystallization, or bumpy areas around your candle - this is completely normal and won't affect the scent or performance.

How big are the candles?

All candles created using metal containers are approx. 8oz in size.

What kind of fragrance do you use?

I use a variety of fragrance oils, all formulated for candle making. As I always look out for new and interesting scents, my suppliers vary, but you might have heard of PURESCENTED, COZY OWL, CRAFTASTIC and other reputable sellers.

The candle looks slightly different than in the pictures, why?

All candles are handmade and might have slight variations of the same crystal, herb, charm or decorative elements arrangement. However, each candle from the same series has the same type of decorations (for example, amethyst crystals or dried rose buds) and the same amount in each candle.

Please keep in mind that colours might also slightly vary because of the lighting, colour pigment in the candle and your viewing screen.
